EB1-C Visa is an employment-based immigration visa reserved for executives and managers who meet L-1A non-immigrant standards but intend to become lawful permanent residents of the United States.
This visa classification does not require a Labor Certification. However, the applicant is required to have his or her employer’s job offer in the form of a statement indicating that the alien is employed in the United States in a managerial or executive capacity. An applicant is also required to demonstrate that he or she has worked for the petitioning employer for a period of one year in the three years preceding the application.
